This guy is a moron. His attorney must be going crazy with stupid statements like this. Maybe he is not at fault for the poor woman’s fate but he is just asking for trouble after just going through paying a huge settlement.

Without knowing the particulars of this case, some people deploy the backup without releasing the main chute - resulting in two tangled chutes (and death).
