Where do they cut off the white vs. black for the reparations tax? There are many people with at least one black ancestor who look white, but still have that one drop of negro blood. Will there be DNA tests or what? Since there is Ancestry.com we can find all of our ancestors going back a few generations and it is always surprising when we find someone who has a totally different ancestry. We can find blacks, whites, Germans, Cherokee, Chinese, etc blood...

I don’t think secession is the answer. I do believe that we will see a loosening of ties that bind our states together. Under the 10th Amendment, there will be more power reserved to individual states.
