So yes, it’s 6 people in their selected population. And what is the normal background rate for that particular group? And can the results be seen among an actually significant number (tens of thousands - not <500) of persons?
I’m not saying it isn’t worth looking into - it is - but rather than it’s not significant or worthy of panic on its own.
