Vehicular manslaughter type charges are much smaller than attempted murder/manslaughter with a gun
Oh, I get it. I just don’t understand it. Murder is murder. With a knife, car, gun, arson, fists or whatever. If somebody is dead and somebody caused that death then same sentence.
