The former sheriff’s detective who allegedly killed his wife, teen daughter and her high school football star boyfriend was reportedly arrested Monday morning while in possession of a pistol.
Stephen Broderick, 41, was collared near Manor, a city about 12 miles northeast of Austin, after cops received a 911 call about a man walking near US Highway 290, KVUE’s Tony Plohetski reported in a tweet.
Broderick, who was dressed in dark clothing, was spotted surrendering to cops with his hands in the air along a roadway some 20 hours after the shooting, according to the Manor Police Department.
Police said the suspect had a handgun but that no shots were fired at the time of his arrest, KXAN reported.
He was captured between Manor and Elgin on Old Kimbro Road just south of Highway 290 after police received calls reporting a suspicious person.

The only time they will care is when he gets sentenced to death and then we won’t hear anything more except at the end of each appeals hearing and ultimately when they decide to pull his plug. They will come out of the woodwork claiming another black man was needlessly and cruelly put to death. But that will be 18-30 years from now.

Most problems start when the white girl want to call it quits, especially if she is quite good looking. Many black guys that are involved with white women consider them as a trophy. They will catch all kinda hell on the street by not being able to keep her.

I do noticed he didn’t resist arrest, indicating both his professional training and that he doesn’t want to be dead himself just yet.
