Here in MA it’s a holiday. Hardly anyone gets it off, but they used to reenact the battles of L&C.
They also use the date to dump on Paul Revere. It seems that every year they add someone to the list of riders. I think this year they will come up with a handicapped Asian Lesbian who rode hard to alarm the people in Fitchburg.
(I am kidding about that last part.)
Sadly, these days it's hard to tell a lot of times.
