I just came from watching a utube vid interview of a lady secret service officer. She was asked about which of the Presidents impressed her the most. She mentioned GWHBush and how he used to write personal cards to employees who did an outstanding job in some way or another. As the Agent said that, of course GWHB’s funeral came to mind.
It doesn’t explain the contents of those ccards, but I think it sheds some light about why people rexeived them. It could be that each was different and composed specifically for wach individual...or not.
I think some light has beeh shed about those notes.
