Toilet plumes have been out there a long time....covering your towels and toothbrush and razor with what ever mist arose when you flushed.
Always to good to close the lid before you flush! Like they say, nothing you can do with those no lid centralized planned lidless public toilets.
(Infrastructure! Do I see a return to greener primative Squat toilets in our future??)
I was thinking they wouldn’t want unvaccinated to use public toilets.
