Thanks! I’m spending my parent’s inheritance but it’s a potential money make if I AirB&B the mobile home. I need to inspect it closer but it’s in good shape from what I initially saw. But it’s there, I have electricity, water, septic, even high speed internet. And I’m basically getting it for free. I’m getting the land at under $8,000 an acre, which in the current market is crazy. It connects directly to ATV trails and I will make more trails on the land. There’s also a ski area nearby. So $ making potential.

I’ll have 31 acres. That’s crazy cool. I have six acres now so I know what I’m getting into, I keep my woods Elven. The land is fairly flat and a good mix of field and woods with a fast moving brook running through it.

I can’t wait to see the stars up there at night.
