How is it possible to convict on 2nd degree, 3rd degree and manslaughter? Aren’t they just different degrees of the same act?

To me, all three is instructive.

I have no clue. Hopefully people who know about legal stuff will comment. I have no clue about purple ties, I do not assume “eviL” because of colors. Trump has worn a purple tie iirc. I like purple.
Chauvin may not be the nices guy in the world, but imho he does not deserve a guilty verdict. Prolly the orcs will still riot.
