Kind of looks like something I may have seen before which was said to be filmed in the night sky by a man who actually studies the moon with photography/telescope techniques.

I showed it to some freeQs off thread and they said it was easily faked (the videographer faked it). The videographer also reports content we don't host on FR so there's that (Bruce Sees All). He titled it "Overlayed Projection Appears in the Night Sky" and it was from May 7, 2018.
