I agree. Some of the tweets are funny, sort of, but pretty silly and juvenile. It doesn’t sound like Trump to me either. ( I agree, he does have a sense of humor but not juvenile, this doesn’t seem like his). ——————————————————-

A lot of the manual seems to be very complex legalese regarding who/ what can be attacked, who is fair game, who is considered an innocent civilian etc. Simple example, a munitions factory vs a hospital. Defining the roles of civilians, active military etc etc.
This would be extremely important if/ when our military does get involved if it is determined our government has been taken over by a puppet government for a hostile enemy state. Who and what may be attacked and how, determining who is actually considered militarily to a part of a an enemy incursion and can therefore be treated a certain way under the law of war.
