but marrow is fat-rich, and has collegen, trace nutrients, and lots of stem cells. Wouldn’t that make marrow as valuable nutritionally as raw protein in a world that might not have had many fatty dinosaurs?

Some years ago I read it’s been estimated 70 billion humans have lived in total. If accurate it means 10% or so of all humans are alive today.

"...the likely age at sexual maturity of a T. rex was 15.5 years; its maximum lifespan was probably into its late 20s..." I didn't see anything about their population curve data either.

I have no idea how accurate it is or how it was arrived at but it’s an interesting number because one estimate of how many stars are in our galaxy is around 100 billion and the number galaxies in the known universe was also that number at one time but it ballooned up to 2 trillion and is now back down to 200 billion. Whatever the true numbers are we might all get our own star or own galaxy if that is a plan God has in mind.

And yet, in that circle, there are vast jungles and deserts where no humans exist for 100 and hundreds of miles.
All this to say, all humans alive today could live more than comfortably in the lower 48 states

Only in a Mormon's idea of heaven would that take place.
All Mormons are destined for hell if they don't wake up and find the real Jesus.
