CLEVELAND, Ohio — City officials released body camera video from an officer who fatally shot a man early Thursday.
The video shows officer Daniel Piper, a 10-year veteran officer, fatally shoot Innes Lee Jr., 25, about 8:30 a.m. Thursday outside an abandoned home on East 134th Street near Beachwood Avenue.
Police officials said Thursday night they initially were called to the area because Lee threatened a family. Officers searched the area about 7 a.m., but initially did not find him. Officers took another man in custody on an unrelated drug offense.
Officers returned to search for Lee about 90 minutes later.
Piper’s body camera video shows him and another officer spot Lee running from a home. An officer yelled out that Lee tried to jump a fence in the backyard.
Piper ran up to Lee, who turned while reaching for a gun in his waistband. Piper ordered Lee to stop.

Minneapolis, chicongo, cleveland are going to burn.
Red Thursday shopping is here!
Won't matter.
All that matters is the race of the shooter and the shootee.
There’s good shoots, and bad shoots.
Blockheads will tell you every shoot is a good shoot, and lefties will tell you every shoot is bad.
They’re both liars.
It’s virtually the same incident every time. Perp perpetrates, runs, resists arrest, usually with a weapon, gets shot, cue the rioters.
Freaking broken record.
Feral descendants of the Toledo War again.
The heck with Dollar stores, I go go for the upscale loot!
Sorry about the weird copy and paste in the excerpt.
And here in GA a few days ago a thug ambushed 3 cops with an AK.
Perp dead but you won’t hear squat about it since the narrative doesn’t fit.
OHIO PING!
Please let me know if you want on or off the Ohio Ping list.
