I totally agree with mentioning HIPAA and how it’s a $125,000 fine for disclosing anyone’s info. You know they’re gonna mention it to someone somewhere and it’s protected medical info. And WTF does it matter anyway because you can still get CoVID after the vaccine, so it’s a moot question.

For example, try a similar statement to Neidich’s: “My family has been fully vaccinated and are doing our best to only expose ourselves fully to those who have also received the vaccine.” Based on someone’s response, you can then decide how you want to move forward.

My response would be “If the vaccine works for you then what do you care what other people do?”
My answer no matter how asked will be F no. Then I just may have a coughing fit.
My standard response to a surprise question is to say, why do you ask? Gives me time to decide what to say. To ask somebody about the Covid vac status should only be for a need to know reason. Otherwise, just accept that it is an awkward, and perhaps nosy, question and be ready for whatever situation you created by questioning.

Its already being done in a roundabout passive fashion. At SFGH staff were encouraged to wear a Gold star on their name tag if the received the “jab”

Easier to have your certificate laminated and put in the middle of a yellow star, and pinned on your shirt or jacket, and worn at all times.
