Yep, when the Italian guys ran things, they would not have put up with the current crop of street thugs.

everywhere in the US the lawyer class has ruined everything....

why can't cities prohibit bums from sleeping on the sidewalk?....why can't they be hauled away.....

even in my mid size city we have bums right along the street where would be visitors come and go....

I have no sympathy for these bums....
