I’ve been on the jury on two lengthy trials in King county superior court. Like the prosecution witnesses here, the plaintiff’s expert witnesses in BOTH trials were not believable, were annoyingly arrogant and obviously biased.

And they both lost.

My concern is that this jury may fear for their family’s safety and decide accordingly.
