Can’t they bring in a fire truck to spray water on the crowds? It would disperse the folks and in the snowy weather, they’d freeze up quickly. I don’t know why they don’t use water in the riots. Is there a reason?

10PM report...
At 9PM, law enforcement declared an unlawful assembly. Surprisingly, a large number of the crowd complied. For those less willing, their decision was aided by chemicals irritants and flash bangs.
The local news is on now. The crowd has really dwindled to not much. Just some loud-mouthed wildly gesticulating Urban Amish approaching the police line and daring the police to do something about it.
I’m watching the Channel 9 news and frankly, the media reporters there seem disappointed that not all hell has broken loose. There’ll be a bit of a stand-off and even the hard cores will realize that it’s too rainy, snowy and cold to stay out for too much longer and maybe it’s time to pick up a bottle of 8-ball at the local Speedway and head home.
Seriously, not much to see here tonight. There really wasn’t much earlier.

If they want “Riots” to become a national sport they need to up their game. I wish they’d form teams and set up a scoring system. Points awarded based on value of looted item and special bonus awards for unique acts of protest (like the naked lady in Portland). Dollar Tree looters get an immediate loss.
