It will end up still being 50% capacity, you will still have to get tested at least 72 hours before the game and you will still have to wear your mask at the games anyway. And you will have to pay a “Covid 19 tax” to attend as well. And if it is past November 1st you better have your booster and influenza shots as well or no game for you.
Another key part is that BIPOC’s and muslims will be exempt from the vaccine/passport and testing requirements, and the tax.
The judicial system has become totally corrupt. Pinning hopes on a corrupt system is a waste of time.

The vaccines have been rushed through. Never trust anything biological to be rushed. It’s ridiculous.
Meanwhile on average any given person has a 1% (at worst) chance of dying.
This is not the Black Plague, and I don’t think the potential cost of untested (truly) vaccines is worth the potential cost of Wuhan Flu.
BTW, my MIL died from COVID (Jan 6 no less) pneumonia, very quickly. Meanwhile, my more elderly mother and the other 4 of us in close contact all had it before Xmas. My husband suffered the most with severe fatigue, as I did, and my cousin. Otherwise the child had a mild headache and sniffles, and mother a “cold” for a few days. We were all hit with it but all were over it in 3 weeks at worst.
Back in summer my nephew had it and gave it to wife and MIL. They are all OK. My own MIL’s extended family had it mostly in Nov; all ~10 of them OK.
So yes, it took my MIL, but she had issues (though it was still a shock). Meanwhile many of us moved on.
It’s not worth it to potentially find we have embolism or are paralyzed down the road (yeah, that happened to my DH’s postman in the ‘70s flu fears).
Don’t know where you heard that from. I fall in that category and I haven’t received any exemption notice.

I saw a similar thing happen About a week ago at a local park. There was a family sitting at a picnic table that was fairly secluded with no other picnic tables, trails etc. For probably 100 feet. They were all wearing masks and pulled them down took a bite to eat other picnic, pull the mask back up to chew and repeated the entire time I was there.
I was tempted to try to talk to them and just trying to figure out why they’re even wearing a mask outside with no other humans within 100 feet or more. However, I figured someone like that is beyond talking to.
I have a feeling it may have something to do with Cuomo and his excellent leader ship, now I was selling caring about if someone has Covid in a mass setting compared to last year when he mandated they get put in nursing homes.
You know that after an “incident” they will exempt those categories. Or more likely they will make it so expensive to attend through a combo of high ticket prices and special taxes that it will keep most of the “riff raff” away.
What I find most intriguing is
* I have seen no follow up or confirmation from the Bills’ organization regarding the county executive’s statement.
* I have seen no other reports of other teams following this policy.
* I have seen no statement from the NFL on the matter, except one stating players did NOT have to take a vaccine.
* They’re going to have a problem in the local community of Orchard Park, where the jabbed and the non-jabbed will be tail-gating together anyway. And in Bills Country, most tailgating happens on private lots.
* I do recall this same idiot C.E. putting his foot in his mouth about no fans being allowed for Bills’ playoff games. He got overruled. I was one of those fans that attended.
* A dad wants to bring his 6-yr old to a game (as usual). You gonna make the kid get a shot, too? Really?
* Oh, and BTW, the Bills’ QB is skeptical about taking the jab.
* I suspect he may have a chance of heart if some of the local doctors who own suites at the stadium give push back . If you’re looking for folks who might be exempt from this stupid policy, follow the money. The box-seaters will probably get a pass first.
Big Tech has already systematically deplatformed a number of conservatives. Big Banks and payment processors like Paypal have cut off people like Laura Loomer and Pamela Gellar, too.
They will “accidentally” flip your status to infected or delete the vaccine passport app on their targets, just as they “accidentally” disable their Twitter accounts regularly.
It hurts you more, because you can’t get an Uber or go to the grocery store ...
