Do you remember a couple of decades ago when Rush said he was buying his grandmother a new can opener to help her open the cans of cat food she was reduced to buying to eat, because that was all she could afford. I think it was during one of the phony Clintoon “crises” about shortages or costs of food?

OK so I am not so agile as to get down on the floor like that, but I sometimes will hold the cat’s bowl up near my face and pretend to be eating it, which drives him NUTS and then when I put it down for him, he really puts it away in a hurry!

My cat doesn’t want to bond when he eats
He just wants me to dump the chow and get the he11 out of the way
Food aggression, learned as a starving stray
Maybe I should try candles, linens, and music

Note to Purina: You know very well that cats are obligate carnivores. Why does your cat food have all that other cr@p in it?
