Unfortunately your graph demonstrates that ivermectin was approved near the top of a siege. The natural length of a surge is approximately 80 days (Israeli mathematical studies). Each siege curve looks exactly the same. We have to look to India to determine causation. They have been widely distributing ivermectin for months and yet are in the throes of a major surge.
Interesting it appears that the life cycle of this disease is bimodal with a first then a second surge. After that is appears to settle. See England and South Africa
It is not reasonable to attribute Panama decline to ivermectin. It is merely coincidental.

So, what you’re saying is the curve would still have been the same even if Ivermectin was NOT approved?
