Ok, here is a very simple question for the OHA:
How many documented cases of reinfection occurred (in Oregon) during the same period? That is, how people who had a prior Covid infection (confirmed by a test) became infected again during the same period.
My suspicion is that the immunity conferred by ordinary infection may be stronger than that provided by vaccination.

It probably is, but in the frail, at-risk or elderly population the disease amelioration effect of vaccine induced immune response might be the difference between life and death. If you are health, active and normal body weight it's a crap shoot, but if you are old, fat and diabetic, your risk profile is considerably different.
