...virus essentially began in February-March ‘20, vax rolled out in December’20...
5 months later, vax would reach max voluntary recipients
...May ‘21.
2 months later, the deaths from pneumonia, organ failure would begin to rise in vulnerable populations (elderly & co-morbidity)
...July/August...
5 months later, news would finally get out that the vax was killing people.
...December/January...
I suspect that the increased deaths from the vax will be blamed on “new deadly strains” with tougher lockdowns and greater push for the vax, where the un-vaxed will be blamed for the new outbreak.
The SPARS document is a media narrative publication about how to propagandize the narrative of a coming virus in the future (not necessarily 2025-2028) and is consistent with the unfolding of current events...a future plan that we’re not living in real life.

Yes. that is exactly what will happen. If people are paying attention, you already hear a little of what you described as to who will be blamed. The groundwork is already quietly in place and being implemented. It is subtle, but that is how it starts.
