There -are- sources within the individual country where it can be obtained, and if a prescription is needed, the Dr handles that and the item is dispensed.
I give up. If you want some, email them and ask them if they use paypal.

I wonder, if just getting a low minimum credit card, with say $200 on it, would be a good way to go?
I mean, I’d even be willing to open up another bank account with a low card and keep only say $100 or even $50.
