Thanks to all who prayed for me.
It’s been quite the journey.

Here is a snippet of an update I sent my adult kids today

Last night, I got a solid 5 hours of sleep!
This was a new personal record for me this week.
It felt so good. And I woke up feeling a bit better
as a result.

They reduced my dose of medication yesterday
and I think that made a difference too.

I was wearing out fast from sleep deprivation
and side effects from medication.

My bride sat in on the appointment today.
My cardiologist was very encouraging and
took time to answer our questions.

He thought we could get back to our normal lives,
which would be great. So we left today feeling
much more peaceful.

I’ll be getting a second opinion from another
expert in this area.

Everyone has been great to ask how I’m doing -
and how _____ is holding up. And to pray for us.
We need God’s grace and guidance and of
course healing.
