Have you read the Left Behind series? They are very uplifting about a group of Christians who fight to the very very end. The books are very inspirational about what could lie ahead for us and have some very interesting ideas on how to fight Satan. If you haven’t read them, please do. I think they are pretty amazing books, myself.
So, no way to your idea of we should all get the vax. This isn’t about us being alone vs “a cold, cruel, empty world with dystopian guards.”
Have you forgotten about God, Christ, The Holy Spirit, and His Angels who are also fighting this fight against God and the Satan? This is a fight against God vs Evil. God wins.

There was once upon a time great fellowship on the forum/board for Left Behind. Then the publisher got involved and destroyed it.
I don't understand why Trump is pushing these vaccines. There has got to more to the story then what we're told.
From what I do know.
The short term effects of these vaccines has killed thousands of people so far. The long term effects is the variants of the virus will be WORSE with the vaccine then without. Stated Fauci and Dr Geert Bossche from he Gates Foundation.
From this report on other mRNA vaccines over 1/3 will have worse effects then if they never had a vaccine. How many from that group survive is unknown. Either way vast majority of those that take the vaccine will live even with the long term effects.

We can't stop those that want to play russian roulette. Even my wife is now pressuring for us to take the vaccine so we can travel (When they force to board a plane) Its ruff I know.
But remember this. Where we go one we go all. There is a reason for this. The more of us that refuse the harder for them to legislate and enforce

I was thinking about your statement, cherry, while I was ironing pillowcases (showing my age here!).
You need to quell those those thoughts the minute they start to surface. Negative thoughts go out into the universe and feed the evil the same way positive thoughts starve that evil.
We are here because we are suppose to be here; we may not know why yet, but our purpose will become clear when it is time.
Don't fear the future, put on the full armor of God, and embrace the task He has set for you.

Reminds me of how the nuns taught us how to deal with temptation.
Say out loud what the Lord said to Satan:
“Get thee behind me, Satan!”
I still say it from time to time, and then I say “I’m going to kick your tail right back into Hell”.
Followed by a prayer to the Holy Spirit for spiritual help and courage,
And a prayer to the Guardian Angels and St. Michael for protection.
It works for me!
