Eleven (11) sentences, and you can’t read it. I have seen paragraphs that are longer than 11 sentences. 8>)

Older folks and the internet ask you to break blocks of text up in to 2-3 line chunks else it becomes a blur and therefore unreadable - text on screens is not the same as text in books to the eye. And I read Finnegan’s Wake too which is run-on text for pages in a book. Computer screens are different to the eye as they flicker and often have poor choices of fonts.

So true! I read a lot of old books and the sentences were much, much longer and I’ve seen many that looked not much different than this, lengthwise.
