Bring No Harm to our Family Farm

Posted on 04/08/2021 11:35:09 AM PDT by Mrs. Warrior

When my husband was assigned to Germany we could not accompany him at first. Our one year old daughter and I needed a passport and had to await command sponsorship. We were staying stateside with friends during the interim.

As I was going through the passport and Army orders process there were several delays and we were missing husband and father. Eventually everything came together and after about four months apart, we were finally approved to travel to West Germany. Packing everything we owned and pushing a stroller, I carried our luggage and baby, and said goodbye to my homeland. We flew to the Frankfort airport and my husband traveled by train to meet us. This reminds me that “all things work together for good for those who love God and are called according to His purpose”.

After meeting each other in the airport and riding the train back to Schweinfurt we stayed in a Gasthaus (hotel) while we awaited our selection for housing. Our daughter, not being used to having my husband around, would snuggle between us at night and push her feet against his back to try to push him away from me. “My momma” she would declare. It would take some time for things to get to normal. Sometimes we would take her for a drive to get her to fall asleep.

Soon my husband went to the field and I started to throw up in the mornings. When my husband came back I told him “honey I think I am pregnant”. He was adamant that I wasn't pregnant until a doctor told us so! Sure enough, our son was conceived. During my pregnancy, I would have to ride on a bus with other pregnant women to the Army Hospital a ways away. The hospital obstetrics clinic was located in old German world war two barracks. I would never see the same doctor twice. As time progressed, I neared my due date and then exceeded it. The doctors let me go three weeks over my due date and our son had an extra three weeks of growing going on!

As a rather petite woman, I became rather hugely pregnant with a child who just wasn't coming out! Finally, the medical staff admitted me and scheduled me for an induced labor. I was assigned a German a midwife who made it very obvious that she did not like Americans. The baby had grown to be nearly ten pounds and I was too small to deliver him. After several days of observation, the induced labor was scheduled for the next day.

I probably needed a C-section but the staff wouldn't act. They wouldn't call my husband who was still on duty while our daughter stayed with another Soldier's wife and children. When I awoke that morning, I was laying in blood-stained sheets. I felt God telling me that I had to fight for the life of my baby and my own and asked my mid-wife to help me, she told me to not talk, she said that she was in control and everything was fine! I grabbed her shirt and pulled her to my face and declared “I am trying to give birth to a child, you could harm my baby by your prejudice”.

I started to call for help and a team of nurses came in and saw the amount of blood. They rushed me to the delivery room and I had a complex delivery. Our son was born safely, thankfully!

Later when my husband arrived and was able to see us, I told him the best gift I will ever give you is here! I firmly believe that God sent angels to protect us. Our son was born on his fathers birthday. While the delivery almost killed us both, God had a plan for our lives to be saved; He came to us in our hour of desperation and delivered us both!

Now, many years later we see our grown son living a life pleasing to both God and man and are very thankful for the child he was and the man he became.

Today we have someone who had tragedy in his life. Joe Biden, president of the United States. He stated in his biography that “God played a dirty trick on him” concerning the death of his first wife and daughter and as a result he felt that that he could not give his all to being president.

As a counselor I see him trying to control things, then when they get out of control he takes no responsibility for the outcomes of his actions and policies. I have concerns as do most families for our collective safety and well-being; when a person does not see other people as humans that will bleed red when injured.

I gave all I had for the life of my family and I love the other American families, many who who will suffer from possible cold and hot wars, continuing civil unrest and and maybe even civil war; we are waiting for a hero to arise and keep America alive and thriving.

Bring no harm to my sanctified family farm; God deliver us from evil for thine is the kingdom power and glory forever amen! God is love and in Him is no darkness, the light of the world is Jesus who laid down his life, he bled to death so we can keep our hearts flowing!

Arise, shine in golden armor of liberty. God is a shield to all who trust in him; do not lay down but hold onto a breastplate of righteousness, put on the helmet of salvation, keep the sword of the living spirit, the Word of God in front of you. Hold onto America like a mother who was about to die but who cried out “I will live”!

Our lives have great value to God who loves us with an everlasting love.

Your story brings to mind one of my husband’s commanding officer’s account of serving as a bomber pilot in World War II.

Even stateside, military families lived in boxcars at desert bases and hauled their daily ration of water in tanks mounted on push carts. It was a tough way to live, but the nation’s survival was at stake.

I pray with you that the current generation is up to the task of preserving liberty.

Our first child was born in Frankfurt Army Hospital in 1984. My wife had an Army mid-wife who was excellent, unfortunately about half-way through her pregnancy she was transferred and she went into the dr roulette wheel. The new doctors would not believe that she was due on the original estimated date, thus she was born, by emergency C-section at 10 months. Army rules then did not allow for induced labor. Our daughter ended up being partly deaf due to her being choked on her umbiblical cord, thus the emergency C-section.
