Yeah, Floyd is enormous. It’s CHAUVIN who’s tiny.
The prosecution would have you believe that a guy who’s built like tween suffocated Floyd - a monster of a man - simply by placing one knee on his back, shoulder.
“The chemical autopsy tests prove he ate too many, 3x too many to remain alive.”

And that “3 times the fatal dose” level in his blood just includes the percent of his oral “intake” his digestive system managed to absorb by the time of his death. Death was coming for him... either at the time of his actual death or a few minutes later.
He didn' look too good in the store video, like he was dying a slow death before our eyes.

And when he exited the store and got in his car on the street... he didn’t drive away. He simply sat in the driver’s seat either in a stupor or taking even more drugs.
It could be, “I ain’t do any drugs.” That would be a logical thing for a person high on drugs to say. Of course he would deny doing drugs to the cop.
Chauvin may not have heard him say it; and why didn’t his girlfriend and friend tell the cops Floyd had ingested drugs?
This witness has lost all credibility by saying he couldn’t hear what Floyd was saying.
If a witness lies about one thing, it can be assumed he lied about everything else to which he testified.
Because his girlfriend and friend would be implicated if they said anything. Remember that part of Miranda that goes, “. . . anything you say can and will be used against you . . .”?
