I think the issue are those born at home and don’t have a birth certificate so.... can’t get an ID. I know at one time there were 35 percent in this position. I’m sure it’s down to 20 percent since some have died off.

... it's also racist to require ID to open a bank account, buy a gun, rent a car, check into a hotel, enter a bar or board an airplane. If you're not smart or responsible enough to get an ID, then you're too dumb or irresponsible to vote!
