Below, I added my own notes to excerpts of the CDC's website in response to the silly examples some are giving to assert that VAERS data is useless in assessing potential risks in receiving the vaccine.

First, here's an example of the type of information available in the VAERS Covid Vaccine Update thread I posted that seems to drive some to post satire to me.

Below, I'll post some content excerpted from the CDC explaining how VAERS data is used. Without VAERS, We The People would have to take Anthony Fauci's word that we should completely trust these new experimental 'vaccines,' which neither prevent infection nor stop spread of Covid-19.

Introduction to VAERS

The Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) is a national vaccine safety surveillance program run by CDC and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). VAERS serves as an early warning system to detect possible safety issues with U.S. vaccines by collecting information about adverse events (possible side effects or health problems) that occur after vaccination.

VAERS was created in 1990 in response to the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act. If any health problem happens after vaccination, anyone – doctors, nurses, vaccine manufacturers, and any member of the general public – can submit a report to VAERS.

How VAERS is Used

VAERS is used to detect possible safety problems – called “signals” – that may be related to vaccination. If a vaccine safety signal is identified through VAERS, scientists may conduct further studies to find out if the signal represents an actual risk.
The main goals of VAERS are to:

• Detect new, unusual, or rare adverse events that happen after vaccination [ransomnote: like the death, lifethreatening injuries Covid-19 has been reported to have]
• Monitor increases in known side effects, like arm soreness where a shot was given [ransomnote: And the strokes, cardiac arrest, and other 'side-effects' recorded for Covid-19]
• Identify potential patient risk factors for particular types of health problems related to vaccines [ransomnote: so it's important to watch VAERS proactively]
• Assess the safety of newly licensed vaccines [NOTE: COVID-19 Vaccines are not FDA approved or Licensed.]
• Watch for unexpected or unusual patterns in adverse event reports [Like those we are seing that in VAERS for Covid-19 vax]
• Serve as a monitoring system in public health emergencies

What to Report to VAERS

Anyone who gives or receives a licensed vaccine in the U.S. is encouraged to report any significant health problem that occurs after vaccination. An adverse event can be reported even if it is uncertain or unlikely that the vaccine caused it. Reporting to VAERS helps scientists at CDC and FDA better understand the safety of vaccines.

What Happens After a VAERS Report is Submitted

Each VAERS report is assigned a VAERS identification number. This number can be used to provide additional information to VAERS if necessary. CDC or FDA scientists follow up on selected cases of serious adverse events immediately by obtaining medical records to better understand the event. Then, letters are sent one year after vaccination to check the recovery status of the patient for all serious reports that listed recovery status as “not recovered” on the initial report.

[ransomnote: The follow-up on 'selected events' is up to their discretion and only used to help scientists, not the people waiting to get the vaccine.

The letter is of course, one year too late and still not impacting the administration of the vaccine.

It takes 10 years or more of extensive laboratory research to determine if the vaccine is the cause. Ordinary conscience should have driven the CDC to halt Covid-19 vaccine adminsitration by now, and not wait 10 years to decide if the vaccines are the cause of the deaths, lifethreatening illnesses and injuries.

The Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP)external icon, administered by the Health Resources and Services Administration, compensates people whose injuries may have been caused by certain vaccines. The VICP is separate from VAERS, and reporting an event to VAERS does not file a claim for compensation to the VICP.

HINT: The US Government underwrites the experimental Covid-19 vaccines. How soon do you think they'll offer scientists big bucks to start years worth of lab studies to see if the government's vaccines were dangerous, or lethal? They are going to claim it was the only alternative available.]

I submit that some if not all of the people in the personal stories about vaccine 'adverse reactions' would have appreciated knowing more about the vaccine data in VAERS.

the vaers system at this point is corrupted. why?

Everyone getting the shot is given a QR code to report symptoms, DAILY. At the end of the V-safe questions everyone is encouraged to report to VAERS as well.

Thank you, ransomnote, for posting this. I can see a couple people are determined to dance among the dead canaries at the bottom of the mine shaft. But for a number of wiser individuals, this provides a perspective that some in big-business and big-government would rather we not have. If your post gives one intelligent person pause to consider the risks they adopt by submitting to the jab, you've done a service to your fellow man and I appreciate you for it. Be well.
