Here’s how to do this.

1. Covid 19 vaccines and any relevant boosters 2+ weeks before sale. Proof of immunity through antibody test. This would require a booster by Oct 1st if its released.
2. Influenza vaccination 2 + weeks before sailing, based on your hemisphere. If from an equatorial region within 1 year of sailing. Northern hemisphere residency would require a new flu immunization for embarkations after Oct 1st.
3. MMR, TdAP, and hepatitis A vaccination up to date.
4. Physical examination within 30 days of embarkation. Includes a TB test and Covid antibody assay.
5. Prescreen day before boarding, including Norovirus survey, and tests for Covid 19, influenza and norovirus.

Active duty military would get all of this waived except the Covid 19 (DoD does all of this), and the prescreen day before boarding.

That sounds really relaxing. Nothing like military regimentation and strict rules and schedules for a vacation.
