I would think there are better things to use on leather.

Neem oil is a little too sticky for that and shouldn’t be wasted on non-living substances because it is so good for living ones.

I believe there may be some confusion between "Neem Oil" v "Neatsfoot Oil"

Emu oil is my favorite to revitalize my old leather jackets. I add a drop or two of some leather scented oil, and they look and smell like new! :)
