Well, she was leaning forward through the window when shot, she was slightly higher than the shooter, who was shooting at her side. The shot entered on the front side of the shoulder (anterior) and probably angled through the collarbone area and angled through the trachea and damaged major blood vessels. It might have ricocheted off a bone and headed back to the heart or out below a left rib.
We will get more when someone gets the actual autopsy, and presumably, death certificate. (I and others thought her eventual EMTs were rather sloppy in caring for her.)

As you wrote in a later post, his shoulder patch appears to be Capitol Police. My guess is that he part of the SWAT or QRF/RRF (Quick Reaction Force/Rapid Reaction Force) because I don’t think that his helmet had numbers in the front (unlike the line officers - badge numbers perhaps) and the fact that he was more “tactically” outfitted - long sleeves (rolled up and secured with a button and strap, ammo pouches for his M4, and a backpack. Rather surprising that he is not wearing tactical-style gloves, most of the officers that I know wear them to protect their hands.
Of note is where he seems to be applying pressure. Left shoulder area just below the collarbone, vicinity 1st and 2nd ribs. Based upon what I recall of the video (does anyone have a “clean” source without commentary?), the shooter was to her left and fired at her as she was climbing through the window in the door. She was not facing the shooter, so the round would’ve made a diagonal penetration - left front to right rear, with maybe a slight elevation or depression depending how she was hunched over. The round may have stopped at her right scapula - thus no exit wound. It would however, have caused considerable damage to the veins and arteries, possibly the aorta and the trachea.
This ties in with about 0:03 in this video that shows her getting wheeled out. There appears to be a dressing of some sort in the same area.

I”m thinking if it was a shoulder shot that killed her, it must have ruptured the brachial artery. I should think cause of death would have been blood loss secondary to GSW right shoulder, but I’m not the ME.
