Online photos of an empty house, or better yet, an empty apartment, lack a sense of scale. These apps allow you to drop a couch, an bed, a carpet "virtually" into the space.
They are ridiculously obvious...that "floating" quality gives it away.
For the real estate apps, they do give a better sense of decor proposals than a pencil sketch or imagination.
