My understanding is that the federal government pays all hospital expenses if you end up there with COVID. What about if you end up in hospital due to the COVID vaccine?

You’d have to prove it in court. You’d have to litigate against the federal government to prove them liable. They would have to approve federal funding for the medical research needed to prove they are liable.
Right now even talking against the narrative means you’re likely stripped of your job, lab acces, federal funds. :/
