You’d have to prove it in court. You’d have to litigate against the federal government to prove them liable. They would have to approve federal funding for the medical research needed to prove they are liable.
Right now even talking against the narrative means you’re likely stripped of your job, lab acces, federal funds. :/

At the local level hospitals are incentivized to ‘support’ the vaccine and due to this they may interfere with physician-patient relationships, where physician is employed by the hospital, when patient doesn’t want a vaccine.
