No, it's from the half-moons of skin surgically excised to cue age-droop of his eyelids.. Makes one look continuously frightened. Hard to close your eyes even to sleep, eh?

The excess aging bags occlude one's vision. When measurred by an optician/opthalmologist, can even count as necessary--not cosmetic--surgery, covered by health insurance, maybe even Medicare.

True. He’s being heavily medicated. Trouble is, among many things with the kind of meds he’s being given is they tend to constipate.

Gotta be tough on him.
