yet another idiotic “solution” from the peanut gallery..
I wonder, could it be that ‘someone’ did not want the world tyo know that the steering of this massive ship was a hackable Internet connected ‘technology’? This event was no accident. Just like the plandemic is no random occurance.
What is with the lack of any discussion of the “erratic” pattern of movement prior to the “accident”? Who is the captain? I can only assume these unreported items are due to the fact the captain isn’t a drunk white guy. This incident was a big FU to someone. Not an accident.
A guy named Moses freed the ship.....
I think that post went over most peoples heads.
I wasn’t familiar with that story. Thanks.
“I wanted to know what was in the containers.”
I just finished binge-watching “Zero Zero Zero” on Prime...an 8-episode, one-season series about a long-distance drug deal gone wrong in so many ways. The sellers were Mexican...the buyer in southern Italy...being brokered by an American shipping company that would also transport the “product”. The product was 5 tons of pure cocaine that was concealed in the bottoms of cans of chile peppers...the cans stacked/plastic wrapped in multiple layers on pallets...shipped in a container on the broker’s ship. It’s a “who can screw who the most” flick....with folks dying right and left. Except for the rampant killing, I couldn’t help but think of the Ever Given and it’s travails. Maybe there’ll be a second season.
Yes. The simplest answer is usually the correct one.
The ship's name is 'Ever Given'. It's operated by the Evergreen company, which is why it says 'Evergreen' on the sides, but 'Ever Given' on the bows and stern.
The Evergreen company has quite a lot of ships with 'Ever-' as the first name, eg 'Ever Goods', 'Ever Gaining', and 'Ever Giant'
If the wind is strong enough to do that to a massive cargo ship, then it's certainly strong enough to knock over Joe Biden as he boards Air Force One.
I knew only a little bit about it, but in my local library I stumbled across a whole book on it...:)
It so reminded me of Captain Queeg cutting his own tow-line...
Thanks, I don’t know anything about that, but I don’t discount it. As a rule, I don’t even read anything anymore from Business Insider. I have never trusted them.
That said, just because I might be paranoid doesn’t mean there aren’t people out to get me...:) When I read your analysis...well, I had to pull back hard on the reins because my inclination was “Yeah...I can see that...”
I am struggling unsuccessfully NOT to see malintent in everything, but given what we have clearly seen for the last decade or so from our own government, well...I cannot discount that kind of thing.
And so, I sell myself short occasionally. Sigh.
2024 Democratic ballots for President?

Will the Captain get a speeding ticket for going 5.5 knots over the limit?
