Shot multiple times and they only charge 2nd degree murder? This is a cold blooded killing and he should be charged with the harshest crime possible and as an adult too.
People like this cannot live in a civilized society.

When? Can’t say but suggest a good starting point would be to stop cowering / apologizing for slavery since no living white person has ever owned a slave and no living black person has ever been a slave.
We actually are going to have tos start doing so, now that society is actively advocating this kind of treatment to whites.
