I read an interesting book about Truman’s White House renovation. They stayed at Blair House (and he nearly got assassinated there.) it really is quite cramped and perimeter security must be the through the roof. That plus being able to see the big prize right across Lafayette Square must be driving her nuts
In my younger years I worked a summer in the courthouse adjacent to Blaine House. Homeless would sleep outside. I bet that isn’t happening now.
