I wonder if it has anything to do with the security settings on your PC or other device? Not that any of it would be blocked on an inappropriate content basis, but rather some other reason, such as compatibility with your system.

O.K. tried it on my phone. Images started to show up then —— browser crashed. Repeatedly.
It’s an old version of Chrome on the phone and (probably) a newer version of Chrome on the laptop (this).
