The CCP has a sideways sense of humour recently
EVERGREEN is NOT CHI-COMMESE. Evergreen is Taiwanese.
EVA Air is the same company.
Last night I was thinking what would happen if a terror group or even China or Iran blew up some ships in the Suez and Panama Canals at the same time.
Once is happenstance. Twice is coincidence. Three times is enemy action.
Dan Scavino has been tweeting a pic of a boat in a harbor and captioned watch the water. I’m hearing they are going to start opening up containers on the Ever Given with the expectation of finding children.
Why does the media keep calling this ship the “Ever GIVEN” when it says “EverGREEN” on its side?
There are ways of clearing strategic waterways in a hurry, but you better stand back.
The photos may have gone viral, but not on this thread.
I added the blog pimp key word for you you forgot to add
You’re welcome.
I like the attempt at lively prose. It’s not bad. Better than a lot I’m seeing posted here.
But you still have some problems. Eg
“Days later, the vessel is still stuck, amid a frantic effort to free it, and fears over the cascading costs of the fallout.”
Watch your commas or your verbs or lack thereof.
If you are going to write a sentence with an aside you should check how the sentence reads without it. So, take out “amid a frantic effort to free it”.
“Days later, the vessel is still stuck and fears over the cascading costs of the fallout.”
You see you have a missing verb.
It could be fixed by correcting your comma usage:
“Days later the vessel is still stuck amid a frantic effort to free it and fears over the cascading costs of the fallout.”
But then how does the fallout cost money? I think you mean the cost of rescue, of getting it unstuck and the money list waiting. The fallout will come later and be due to these costs of rescue and business losses.
Where do you get your Weibo crap from?
Maybe it is time to reactivate the SILK ROAD across land.
Think about all those Chinese trucks driving on a four lane paved road from China to the Levant. Think about all the worry of China using it for an invasion route.
>The huge vessel got stuck in the canal sideways, with its bow wedged in one bank and its stern nearly touching the other, on Tuesday during a dust storm when wind speeds reached 40 knots, according to a person familiar with the incident.
How can a report on this event say this, and not mention the ship moved in the Red Sea so as to draw a penis and gonads with the ship’s track?
Cargo ship draws giant penis in Red Sea then becomes wedged in Suez Canal
A container ship caught in the Suez Canal took an unusual route through the Red Sea before it became stuck on a major shipping route.

You’ve got to think something intentional by the crew after that.
