I’d imagine Pete’s circle is filled with electric car drivers.
It has become very clear that while they are trying to price average Americans out of private autos, the intended targets are choosing private autos over homes and families. Who could blame them? Who wants to get Mau Maued on mass transit?
I don’t think Pete’s circle is all electric car owners. Because currently EV owners pay no tax at all. With the mileage based tax, EV’s will be sharing the tax burden.
