Toll gates at every corner? Meters attached to every vehicle? How are they going to do this?
For vehicles connected to the internet, the govt can just read the accumulated mileage. For old school iron, you’ll have to visit an inspection station every year to get tabulated. Like the TSA it will provide thousands of unionized federal jobs.
