Sovereign citizenry has no nexus in a DL/Registration stop anyway. The laws are pretty clear that driving is a profession and traveling in a conveyance of your own is not.
The fact that a zillion people have gone in for being “drivers” doesn’t negate the fact, though it does make cops able to deal with it 1/10000...
I didn’t watch the video, but whether or not you’re travelling in a rolling scrapyard or a decent vehicle plays a large role in how that goes down (also not being crazy or stinking drunk helps too).
