A thousand dollars per month will pay perhaps a few days room and board in that artificially inflated city.
This is what I don’t understand. A thousand dollars in Mississippi would cover all your basic expenses (as long as you didn’t drink, smoke, or delight in luxury....or have a high-maintenance woman).
In SF, it might last you five days. Are these guys even comprehending the cost of living?
I had to go there for business a few years ago and the hotel I was staying in charged me 85.00 a day just to park. It’s insane there!
