Upland, like every other SoCal community, is not what it used to be 10 years ago - Foothill Blvd is a conclave of illegals/homeless hyped up on $1/pill fentynl or flaka. Hubby says over the last two years, he can’t go anywhere in the LA sphere without being hussled, scammed or risk being robbed.
That’s why my sister, her hubby, and two kids(Plus pup Simba) is moving to Calabasas..they would leave the state but their business is here so they can’t leave..not sure if you are familiar with the Fairfax District but it used to be a hip place to live, restaurants, malls, etc..now there is so much homelessness and crime its unbearable for her to stay there so they recently bought a new house in Calabasas and will be moving in August..problem is my Mom owns the Duplex and the upstairs rental has been vacant for three months, so she is losing money..The Orlando Hotel was turned into a homeless shelter when the pandemic started so now the whole area is just wall to wall hobos

A major goal of the Biden regime is to implement the objectives of UN Agenda 21. Once that is accomplished it won’t be long until every city and town in America will mirror the tragedy of LA, Seattle, Chicago, Baltimore, Detroit, and other American cesspools.
In the 5 years before I bailed out of the state, it was becoming almost routine to find pit bulls in nearly every neighborhood. There are many cases of them attacking walkers, joggers, other dogs on leases, utility people.
I have been to Upland...It is not as bad as some of other cities in San Bernardino County...I think Ontario, Rialto, and Fontana are worse...
By the way, it is not hard to get to San Dimas from Upland...Just take 210 freeway...
