That’s why my sister, her hubby, and two kids(Plus pup Simba) is moving to Calabasas..they would leave the state but their business is here so they can’t leave..not sure if you are familiar with the Fairfax District but it used to be a hip place to live, restaurants, malls, etc..now there is so much homelessness and crime its unbearable for her to stay there so they recently bought a new house in Calabasas and will be moving in August..problem is my Mom owns the Duplex and the upstairs rental has been vacant for three months, so she is losing money..The Orlando Hotel was turned into a homeless shelter when the pandemic started so now the whole area is just wall to wall hobos

Nobody has campers like LA

Nashville they are a menace but not as bad as LA

The flats east of downtown is simply has to be seen to be believed
