The rough outline of his argument is this: The 22nd Amendment doesn’t say you can’t be president for more than two terms. It says you can’t be elected president twice. If a Biden-Obama ticket won (which we’ll get to), and tragedy were to befall Joe Biden, Barack Obama could become president, according to the letter of the law (which we’ll also get to), since he wasn’t elected to the position. As such, Obama is not constitutionally ineligible to serve as president.
Ergo, Harris could pick Barack Obama and have him confirmed through a House and Senate vote, which at this unique time with a 50-50 split Harris casts the deciding vote.

There is a plan in place that already has the person selected to fill whatever post becomes available. Dementia Biden was chosen to hold the presidency until he could be replaced by Harris who would be replaced by whoever and etc. etc. This Republic has been commandeered by the communist democrat party and the legal US citizens have no control over what is being done to this country. Perhaps the Republican party has still got enough leaders to pull us through this farce of an election and regain control of our constitutional government. Hope springs eternal. So disgusting watching the disintegration of this great USA nation by the hands of a relatively small contingent of traitors and the globalist cabal with unlimited printing press money. God help us all.
